Overview
KLIVINOVA works with third-party fulfillment partners. Return eligibility, timelines, return addresses, and available resolutions may vary by destination and by the fulfillment partner that shipped your order.
1) United States — Standard Returns (when eligible)
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, with original tags attached

In original packaging (including any labels/packaging received)

Returned with proof of purchase (order number)
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Return deadlines

Return request: You must request a return within 7 days of delivery (day 1 starts when tracking shows “Delivered”).

Ship-back deadline: If approved, you must ship the return within 7 days of the return authorization email.

Split shipments: If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window starts from the delivery date/time of the final package.
Fees & shipping

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or the item arrived damaged/defective.

Returns that do not meet return conditions or partner criteria may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% (where permitted by law), or may be declined.
Processing time
Please allow 5–10 business days after the return package is received by the fulfillment partner for inspection and processing (timelines may vary by fulfillment partner).
2) Canada — Returns (Partner-Dependent)
Standard returns are not guaranteed for Canada shipments. Eligibility depends on the item and the fulfillment partner that shipped your order.

Return request: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to confirm eligibility and receive instructions (if available).

If a standard return is supported for your item, we will provide return instructions and process the return under the applicable terms (including condition requirements and deadlines).

If a standard return is not supported, we may offer an alternative resolution at our discretion (such as replacement/reshipment, partial refund, store credit, or other remedy where applicable), based on the issue type and available options.
3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item (US & Canada)
If your order arrives damaged/defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@klivinova.com with:

Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
We will review and provide the appropriate resolution based on the fulfillment partner’s available options.
4) Non-returnable / Final Sale Items
Certain categories are final sale and not eligible for return, including (but not limited to):

5) How to Start a Return (US & Canada)

Reason for return
Return authorization is required. If your return is approved, we will email you return instructions and the return address (which depends on the item and the fulfillment partner that shipped it).
Do not return items to the address shown on your order or to our business address unless we provide written return instructions. Returns sent without authorization, or to an incorrect address, may be refused.
6) Refunds
Once your return is received by the fulfillment partner and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
7) Policy updates
This policy may be updated to reflect operational changes or fulfillment partner updates.
