Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once an order begins fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel, modify, or change the shipping address.
Delivery time estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Split shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different dates. If your order is split, the delivery window is based on the final package delivery.
Tracking
When available, tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and may vary based on order value, destination, and current promotions.
Customs, duties, and taxes (Canada)
For orders shipped to Canada, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the carrier or local authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Incorrect address / delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require additional shipping charges to reship the order.
